In 2007, driven by the firm belief that businesses enjoy the highest level of performance when they are staffed with the right people, Shereen Chetty opened the doors to Tailormade Solution for the first time.

 

Built on the operating philosophy that Tailormade Solution is essentially a recruitment partner for clients, creating individualised services that respond to their specific needs, Shereen nurtured and expanded the company’s footprint nationally. Now headquartered in Durban, Tailormade Solution has offices in all major cities in South Africa, including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth and Bloemfontein.
